Ingredients

- 2 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon BBQ sauce
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pulled pork, cheese, and BBQ sauce.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
