Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a ball and coat with melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  8. Arrange the balls in a circular shape on a baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in between the balls.
  10. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
