A delicious pull apart garlic bread wreath perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball and coat with melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Arrange the balls in a circular shape on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in between the balls.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven before serving.
