- 1 loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the loaf of bread in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Pour the mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts.
- Wrap the bread in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Feel free to add other herbs like oregano or thyme.
