Ingredients

- 1 cup of cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1/4 cup of sofrito
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Mix the rice, beans, and sofrito in a bowl.
- Stir in the cheese and cilantro.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Fry the balls in oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce.
- You can add meat for extra flavor.
