- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, protein powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the coated bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
