Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine black beans, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
