  • Dark chocolate chips: 1/2 cup (about 90 g)
  • Walnuts: 1/2 cup, chopped (about 60 g)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (about 5 ml)
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon (about 1 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
  5. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and flatten each ball slightly.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
