- Dark chocolate chips: 1/2 cup (about 90 g)
- Walnuts: 1/2 cup, chopped (about 60 g)
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (about 5 ml)
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon (about 1 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and flatten each ball slightly.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
