  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and salt. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Spoon or pipe the dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While cooling, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  9. Once cooled, fill the puffs with cream.
  10. Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
