Ingredients
- Turkey breast – 3 lbs

- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary – 2 tsp, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 1.5 hours.
- While the turkey is cooking, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Drain and toss the green beans with sliced almonds.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes according to your recipe.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, green beans, and mashed potatoes.
