Ingredients

- 1 package of potstickers
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups chopped bok choy
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy, cooking until softened.
- Pour in vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing to a boil.
- Add potstickers and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
