Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in carrot and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
