Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add in spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
