Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine spaghetti, water, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and basil.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional basil if desired.
