- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the meringue over the pie filling.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until the meringue is golden brown.
- Cool before serving.

- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
