- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the grill, breast side down.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken over.
- Brush barbecue sauce on the chicken.
- Continue to grill for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust the barbecue sauce to your taste.
