A simple and delicious recipe for pork chops cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the seasoned pork chops on top of the onions.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork chops.
- Add minced garlic on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
