Description

A simple and delicious recipe for pork chops cooked in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the seasoned pork chops on top of the onions.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork chops.
  5. Add minced garlic on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
