Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Put the pork tenderloin on top of the onion and garlic.
  4. Mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once done, remove the pork and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with the sauce from the crockpot.
