Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic.
- Mix barbecue sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; pour over the pork.
- Add chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks before serving.
Notes
- Serve with bread or rice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
