Ingredients

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice, then blend again.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Top with pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios.
