A delicious appetizer featuring pomegranate, cranberry, and brie on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries and honey over medium heat. Cook until cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat and mix in pomegranate seeds.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with brie cheese.
- Add cranberry mixture on top of the brie.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Can be made ahead and assembled before serving.
