A delicious appetizer featuring pomegranate, cranberry, and brie on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cranberries and honey over medium heat. Cook until cranberries burst.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in pomegranate seeds.
  6. Top each toasted baguette slice with brie cheese.
  7. Add cranberry mixture on top of the brie.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve warm.
