- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Add pineapple chunks to the grill for the last few minutes.
- Serve chicken topped with grilled pineapple and sliced green onions.
Notes
- Marinate overnight for better flavor.
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
