A hearty and delicious pizza casserole that combines the flavors of pizza in a convenient baked dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups pasta, uncooked
- 1 jar pizza sauce (24 oz)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Layer with half of the cheese and half of the pepperoni.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining mixture, cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
