- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pistachio paste
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix pistachio paste with a few tablespoons of the melted white chocolate mixture.
- Pour the remaining white chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Dollop spoonfuls of the pistachio mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife or toothpick.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
