  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the pistachio pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  7. Spread the dough evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
