  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and pistachio pudding mix, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
