Description

A creamy and nutty dessert made with pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Add vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
  5. Pour mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Unmold and serve chilled.
