Description
A creamy and nutty dessert made with pistachios.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt.
- Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
- Pour mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use unsalted pistachios for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be garnished with extra pistachios or berries.
