Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with sour cream and vanilla.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
