Description
A hearty cheeseburger pie inspired by the Pioneer Woman.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, and baking powder until smooth.
- Grease a pie dish and pour half of the batter into it.
- Add the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Pour the remaining batter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve hot or warm.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
