Description

A hearty cheeseburger pie inspired by the Pioneer Woman.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, and baking powder until smooth.
  5. Grease a pie dish and pour half of the batter into it.
  6. Add the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
