Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bundt pan, melt butter and sprinkle brown sugar evenly over it.
  3. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries in the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  6. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  8. Pour batter over the pineapple and cherries in the bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
