Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add whipped topping and crushed pineapple, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a dish.
  6. Spread the pineapple mixture over the crust.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Can substitute with other fruits.
  • Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
  • Top with additional whipped topping if desired.
