Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cubed bread and drained pineapple.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and pineapple. Stir well to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
