Ingredients

- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- pineapple wedge for garnish
- cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Combine white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, and pineapple juice in a blender.
- Add crushed ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- Use fresh pineapple for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
