Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, celery, bell pepper, red onion, sweet pickles, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the parsley.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
