- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated pickle slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crunch, consider double breading the pickles.
