A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak in a tortellini form.
Ingredients

- 1 package of cheese tortellini
- 1 pound of thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- 2 cups of provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef, cooking until browned.
- Add the bell peppers and onions, sauté until soft.
- Mix in the cooked tortellini.
- Stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add mushrooms for extra flavor.
