- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Add ribeye steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix well.
- Top with provolone cheese. Cover and let melt.
