- 12 oz. cheese tortellini
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and onions, sauté until tender.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the steak mixture.
- Stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
