- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and green bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Add the beef steak. Cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
