A delicious twist on classic sloppy joes with philly cheesesteak flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Serve mixture on hamburger buns.

- Use a mix of beef and pork for added flavor.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
- Serve with pickles on the side.
