Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add the bell pepper and onion, sauté until tender.
- Combine cooked pasta with the steak and vegetables.
- Mix in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
