Description
Crispy egg rolls filled with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers, inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak.

- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until steak is browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce or spicy mayo for dipping.
- You can use leftover steak or roast for this recipe.
