Ingredients

- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra flavor, add mushrooms to the filling.
- Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the fryer.
