Description
A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak served on cheesy bread.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup of cooked and sliced steak
- 1/2 cup of sautéed onions
- 1/2 cup of sautéed bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Brush the inside of the bread with olive oil.
- Layer the cooked steak, sautéed onions, and bell peppers on the bread.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use your favorite cheese for variation.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
