A tasty fusion of Philly cheesesteak and egg rolls, perfect as an appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and green bell pepper, cook until soft.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cheese.
- Place a spoonful of filling on an egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can substitute chicken or veggies for steak.
- Make ahead and freeze before frying.
