  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with tater tots and sprinkle with provolone and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
