- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups pesto sauce
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken in parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix cooked pasta with pesto sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the pesto pasta.
