Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.

- Skewers can be soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
