Description
This is a flavorful Peruvian grilled chicken recipe marinated in spices.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts and coat well with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
