  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  7. Add cream cheese frosting to the crumbs and mix until combined.
  8. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  10. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate.
