- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Make the pizza dough by mixing flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth.
- Prepare the pizza sauce by mixing crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out the dough to 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread the sauce over the dough, leaving a half-inch border, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni on top.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
